Old Fort Supply Cemetery -- "Old Fort Supply Cemetery on US 270 at East side of Fort Supply, Woodward County, Oklahoma. Bodies of old soldiers formerly buried here were moved to Leavenworth, Kansas. The fort was officially closed in 1895 and was placed in the custody of the Department of the Interior. It was later ceded to the state of Oklahoma for use as a mental hospital. The first patients, several hundred, arrived in Tangier by train in 1908 and were transported by car to the hospital."
