NW Okie's Journey

We went to some garage sales this last Saturday and found a pictorial history book, "Adventures In America," with text by John A. Kouwenhoven, published in 1938. That got me back researching my Kouwenhoven family connections on my mother's (Vada Paris) side of the family. We believe the "A" in John A. Kouwenhoven stands for "Atlee." J. A. Hall, 495 8th Ave., and his funeral held the next day afternoon at the home of his niece, Mrs. Mary K. Ditmas of 2220 Ditmas Ave.

I have found where William Williamson Kouwenhoven's father was Cornelius B. Kouwenhoven, and William and his wife had a son named Cornelius B. Kouwenhoven.
