December 1919 - Mirabile...

"Mr. Herschel Blacklidge of Jet, Oklahoma, is here visiting his friend, Miss Hilda George. O. E. Mitts and family ate Christmas dinner with his brother, Frank Mitts. Mrs. R. P. Brown and son Mellie ate their Christmas dinner with Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Roberson. Geo. Mits and wife and their son Chester and daughter Myrtle went to Isabel, Kansas, to spend Christmas with old friends and neighbors that they had known years ago. Miss Alta Miller and her pupils gave an interesting entertainment at the Mirabile school house Wednesday evening. Raymond Roberson and family vistited Mr. and Mrs. R. P. VanGundy at Capron Sunday. John Thomas and wife visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. Thomas Saturday. From here he went to Tecumseh, Oklahoma, to take treatment." [Another interesting little community somewhere in NW Oklahoma.
