Three Comrades

We just love this next old photo that we found in our Grandmother's treasure chest of photos & memories. We were wondering if the two gentlemen on the right are of Indian decent? Is that gentleman on the left a WARWICK relative of Grandmother's? If only we could go back in time and pick our grandmother's brain, we could discover more about these "Three Comrades." We need some more help identifing this old photo and what year it might have been taken. On the backside of the photo is a faint handwritten in pencil that looks like, "Uncle B__sly _____). Have you... or do you know of anyone out there that has seen this photo before?
