Sallisaw, Okla., Oct. 23 (1934) -- It was just an even bet here that Charles "Pretty Boy" Floyd would be buried int he grave he chose in his old haunts.
The family of the slain gunman needed - and didn't have - $350 to bring the body from East Liverpool, O., where he was slain by Federal agents, and to bury it.
East Liverpool, O., Oct. 23 (1934) -- Federal authorities withdrew abruptly from the case against Adam Richetti, captured aid of the slain Oklahoma outlaw, "Pretty Boy" Floyd.
They did so with a strong implication of resentment against local authorities at Wellsville who refused to surrender the gangster to face a murder charge in Kansas City, in connection with the Union Station massacre.
