Walking With Sadie
I guess the snowfall has the wild creatures coming out looking for evening snacks. Such as the bobcat we caught on video Monday evening about 8:30p.m. as it walked across our front drive. It looks like a bobcat to me.
So ... Alva (Oklahoma), is it chilly out there in windy NW Oklahoma? Did you get some snow to ring-out the old year and ring-in the new year?
Alva, OK weather forecast looks like Jan. 3rd, 2015 you got some rain/snow mixture coming your way. Meanwhile, the High/Low should be 23/16 today, the last day of 2014. But wait. New Years day you get a 20% chance of something, plus a bit of a warming trend with High/Low 28/20. Have a great time ringing out the old and ringing in the new year 2015.
As for SW Colorado ... they are reporting another snow storm warning beginning around 9p.m. tonight, Wednesday. Yep! We have another snow storm coming through these Southwest Colorado rockies, with moisture from the south meeting up with a cold front from the North. They are reporting that the south-face mountains will be getting 10-18 inches of snow over the next few days, ending early morning hours of Friday, January 2, 2015. Making mountain passes hazardous. Stay tuned to NW Okie's SW Colorado cam for the next couple of days.
Good Night & Good Luck!
Woof! Woof! Happy New Year 2015!
