Wrought Iron Range Company
On April 14, 1893, page 4, of The Globe-Republican, we find this about the Wrought Iron Range Company of St. Louis, Missouri. It was a Sole manufacturers home comfort steel ranges and sold over 300,000 home Comfort Steel Ranges up to January, 1893.
The Wrought Iron Range Company manufactured more than any other Five Companies in the United States. Their ranges were made almost wholly of malleable Iron and Wrought Steel. Water backs were made of Malleable Iron, and could not burst.
Their improved family size range, No. 64, was shipped only by the car load, and sold by their own men and guaranteed to work to perfection.
This newspaper ad also gave the names of satisfied customers, users of the Wrought Iron Home Comfort Range.
