One Hundred Years Ago - 21 April 1914
This is a strange, but interesting story of a lady who was in a hypnotic condition at Romar's Drug Store, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, one hundred years ago, 21 April 1914. The story was found on the front page of The Daily Ardmoreite of that same year.
Who was the lady at Romar's Drug Store in a hypnotic condition? The story stated she would sleep until Thursday night, and would be awakened by Prof. Neilson at the Opera House. They were selling tickets for 10, 20 and 30 cents.
Does any southern Oklahoman around the Ardmore area remembering hearing about this lady? Did they awake? Who was she?
