Here is wishing you all a "Health, Happiness, and Prosperity to you in the New Year with lots of Hope to keep you going and growing strong!" We all need a little Hope now and then, don't we?

As I continue taking my hormone and bone density meds (with no side effects), I continue to have Hope that I have chosen the right path, surgery to cut away my right breast cancer and have breast reconstruction. I am thankful that my progress is void of chemotherapy for now.

We will be on the road in a few days, for a three week journey back to Houston, Texas to continue the expansion of the expander in the right breast. Once that is complete, we wait three months or so while the skin is stretched for the permanent right breast implant and the reconstruction on left breast to even each side so I an not lopsided. Can not have a lopsided old lady walking around, now can we? Thank goodness for the "Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)," Social Security & Medicare that we older folks have paid into all our working and self-employed life.
