Duchess of Weaselskin

I hear from the web that NW Okie was in Texas for the last few days, expecting to do some research on the Austin Senators of 1906, when her grandpa Bill McGill pitched in the Southwest Texas League with the Austin Senators in 1906 thru 1907 before he pitched for the St. Louis Browns in September, 1907.

NW Okie left Sadie and this Duchess Pug here in Cool Colorado with Rob and Ruff. We hear the humidity and hot weather would have had us panting frantically the whole time. I am glad she left us in Colorado.

They will probably have to come back home through Chama instead of through South Fork, over Wolf Creek Pass and Pagosa Springs, though, with the fires that have engulfed the West Fork, Creed and South Fork areas.
