The NWOSU Ranger Statute

"You have got to quit those long travel sequences! ;-) The picture of "The Ranger" was taken on Wednesday morning between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. On the CD I will mail tomorrow, there are some taken after 9:00 p.m. on Tues - the day of the dedication. Cheers! Attached please find a photo that I took on Nov 13th at the dedication of "The Ranger" on the campus of NWOSU.
