1938 McCann Children & Carmen Children's Home...

"The article about the Carmen Children's home is excellent. My mother Velma McCann and her sister Alma and brother Eugene McCann were placed there in 1938. I would like to hear from anyone who has any information on them and maybe knew them when they lived there. If anyone has any pictures of them when they lived there would be helpful also. I would like to receive history of the home also.
