Does anyone out there love a bit of "creole" (soup, that is) from time to time? The following recipe for "Creole Soup" came from our Home Comfort cookbook. Here it is twelve days into October 2010 and you can find snow on the tops of the mountains at the Wolf Creek Ski resort. I am not a snow skier, but I do love the Winters in the Rockies!
