J. N. Tincher - Medicine Lodge, Kansas' leading Attorney hired by George Oakes to assist County Attorney McCrory in the prosecution. Claud McCrory, County Attorney prosecuted the case. January 9, 1911 he resigned as county attorney and vanished. The League spent money, detectives looking for him to supeona him as a witness. He was not to be seen.
