This week we continue with Charles "Pretty Boy" Floyd, finding information in The Evening Review, East Liverpool, Ohio, dated 23 October 1934, Tuesday, page 1, with these headlines: "It Was Luck," McDermott Says As Outlaw Is Slain." In May 1933, a "Net Spread for "Pretty Boy" in New York State After Killing of Detective In Bank Holdup." That is what the Miami Daily News-Record, Miami, Oklahoma, dated 29 May 1933, Monday, had on it's front page headlines.
