This Duchess Pug's unconditional Dog friendship, love and support goes out to my best of human friends, J. L. "Bud" Clark this week. He (We All) lost a special lady, Lovina Clark, Wednesday, 24 April 2013, when she passed away. We will miss her, but will remember those precious times we spent in their company when we were in Northwest Oklahoma. Dr. Anna H. In The Day Book, dated March 19, 1914, page 31, out of Chicago, Illinois, we find this interesting article concerning another woman suffragist, Mrs. James L. Laidlaw, who had headed west for the suffrage fight happening in 1914. On This Day In History - 29 April (1429-1992)
