The Month of March, 2013, there has been a "Gangsters" of Raccoons making nightly visits to the North end of Vallecito Reservoir, North of Bayfield, Colorado, to finish cleaning the droppings of bird seeds left by the birds during the day. Did you get a glimpse of the "Comet PanSTARRS" this week? It is suppose to be viewable during early March, 2013. Comet PanSTARRS becomes visible to the naked eye in the night sky, Northern Hemisphere, appearing with a similar shape and brightness as a star, albeit with a trailing tail. Up in space, NASA's STEREO (Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory) has an even better view. This movie, captured by the STEREO-B spacecraft on March 9-12, shows the comet and its fluttering tail as it moves through space. Counties of Kansas (1886)
