NW Okie and OkieLegacy have been re-organizing their Facebook pages to separate out the "Political Commentary & News" from NW Okie's main Facebook page.

Okie Dokey (or rather NW Okie Dokey), I think we got our NEW page "OkieLegacy Politics" working now. All the "Political" commentary on our main Facebook site (NW Okie) is being directed to our OkieLegacy Politics. We are now working to get 25 fans to "Like" our "OkieLegacy Politics" page. Would you please help us? Thanks!

We have also re-worked our OkieJournal Facebook page. It is connected to our OkieLegacy Ezine with a new look in the Ezine/Tabloid. Taking up less space in the Ezine/Tabloid and making it easy to connected with our "OkieJournal" page. You can give it a try if you so wish.

On another note, though, there are some presumptive Republicans for president out there that have tried to identify with Eisenhower. This Liberal Progressive Pug and NW Okie say to that, "The Republicans of the 21st century are not the same as the Republicans of Eisenhower's time era."

Trump is NO Eisenhower! Trump is more like Benito Mussolini, (1883–1945), Italian statesman; prime minister 1922–43; known as Il Duce (‘the leader’); full name Benito Amilcaro Andrea Mussolini. He founded the Italian Fascist Party in 1919, annexed Abyssinia in 1936, and entered World War II on Germany's side in 1940. He was captured and executed by Italian communist partisans a few weeks before the end of the war.
