NW Okie's Journey

It is good to be back home again in the southwest corner of the Colorado Rockies. Especially, when your little, sweet Sadie pug greets you anxiously at the front door as you approach, climb the steps to open the door.

Some weeks this NW Okie has a form of writers block and finding something of interest to write. That is why some OkieLegacy ezine/tabloids are a few hours or days late getting published. Thanks for having patience for those times. We truly appreciate everyone of our subscribers.

This week as we promised last week we are bringing you some history of Major county, Oklahoma and a few of the towns, such as, Ames, Chester and Orion, that were and are apart of Major county. You can also view the history of last week's counties over at Prairie Pioneer News.
