'88 Old Cowhand - Martin Fulton, Freedom Oklahoma -- "I have a copy of an article from an unidentified newspaper which is titled: Old Cowhands Get Together at Freedom. It was dated 1988.

There is a picture of Mart Fulton and Gene Earnest. Mart Fulton was selected as the 1988 Cowhand of the Cimarron Cowboys Association. Does anyone have knowledge of Mart Fulton? I am sure he is related to my father, but I'm not sure how.
