"Just want to share something which should be of interest to all Oklahoma educators, statespersons, and parents:  Phi Delta Kappa, arguably the world's foremost general association of professionial educators, is having its International Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada from 21 to 24 October 2004.  Prominent authorities will discuss the No Child Left Behind law, getting help for disadvantaged youth, promoting equity in education, and many other imperative topics of the day.  All are welcome; one does not have to be a Kappan to attend.
