Steps Across From Orion Cemetery...

"Hello, I am fairly new to the computer, and just recently found your newsletter, the one from May 22 you ask about the steps across the road from the Orion cemetery. When I was growing up around Orion and Phroso, they would have a program every memorial day. There was a platform in the grove of trees on the north side of the road. I don't ever remember there being any buildings there. I left Chester in 1949. Was back for my 50th class reunion in 2000, and we went to the Orion cemetery on Memorial day weekend -- they still decorate the graves,but no gathering or program. Enjoy your newsletter.
