Oops the photo on the left showed three red "4th of July" tomatoes ripening this morning when I took this photo. But this evening when I went out to check the greenhouse there was only one and a half ripening red tomatoes.

I know for a fact that I did not pick the tomatoes early! That is for sure! The dang ground squirrel has burrowed in under the greenhouse and has setup housekeeping (or veggie watch) in the greenhouse. AND . . . I have seen small bites taken out of the green "Early Girls" as well as missing red tomatoes.

NOW! How do I evict and rid these rogue underground varmints from the greenhouse, saving the rest of my ripening tomatoes and other veggies? Aaaaarghhhh! Darn it! If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment below.

Someone wrote in and asked, "How to view the archives of the OkieLegacy Ezine database?" Depending on which Volume you are looking for, at the top "Menu bar" on the right side there is a tab, drop-down menu titled "Volume 14." You can click that to click the volume you are looking. If you click the "Issues" tab, a drop-down menu appears and lists the Issues of the Volume 14 or the Volume that you pulled up in the "Volume" tab. I hope this helps some of those trying to view a particular volume and issue.

Of course, if you know the particular category you want to search for, you can use our "Freefind" search box on the right where it says "Search this site."
