Barnett, born 06 December 1850 in Bedford County, Pennsylvania; died 04 September 1922 in Waynoka, Woods County, Oklahoma. He was the son of 4. David Carl Barnett and 5. Elizabeth Evans. He married 3. Wealthy Ann Brown, 24 October 1872 in Lucas County, Iowa.<br> 3. Wealthy Ann Brown, born 23 November 1853 in Frankfort, Peoria County, Illinois; died 26 December 1935 in Waynoka, Woods County, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of 6. James Henry Brown and 7. Elvira Foster.<br> Children of Joseph Barnett and Wealthy Brown are: <br>1 i. Dale, thanks for the census information regarding Joseph and Wealthy Ann Barnett. I believe Joseph died in 1922, and Wealthy Ann moved to Waynoka after he died. The sons must have stayed on the farm. At some time, a resident of that neighborhood told me that he remembered two brothers living there - now I know the rest of the story. Both Joseph and Wealthy Ann, as well as several of their children, are buried in the Waynoka Cemetery in Woods County. The log cabin site was in Woods County originally. Woods was later divided into Woods, Major, and Alfalfa Counties.
