April Blizzard of the 1930's...

My mother talked about the blizzards they got in Woods County, Oklahoma. Her grandparents Morse lived near them. She was born there in 1927 and moved from there about 1940. She talked about cattle walking out of the fenced areas and didn't even know it. Drifts were awful. at least one time, school was let out early and you could not see so she gave her horse the lead and she got home o. I am sorry my mother died in 2014 and I can't get specifics.
