I remember that! How old does that make me? Old enough! I also remember carrying around my transistor radio doing my teen years, and tuned to KOMA and the local radio station. Nowadays, kids carry their iPods and Smartphones, huh?

Carl and Anna Belle owned the Shafer Radio an Television Store. It was an awesome store. It was always filled with radios, televisions of all styles, and record players. At night a television was always on display in the front windows and there was a speaker where you could hear it. It always had a smell that was just wonderful with all the TV's and all in it. Oh, and the transistor radios. They were awesome.
