If you don't like sweet stuff, you may want to add sugar to taste to balance out the bitterness of the cranberries and the tart of the lime juice to blend with the slight sweetness of the sugar. We did not use 3/4 cup of sugar. It may have been closer to a 1/2 cup or less. BUT ... you can decide what your taste buds desire. That's the only way, huh?
