Wiley H. Cowan Obituary by Tom Dyer

Thanks, Linda, for publishing Cowan's obit again. I wish I would have had the honor of knowing my great grandparents, Wiley and Amanda. Our family is also fortunate to have had such a locally renowned cowboy poet such as Dyer write his obituarary, a very nice tribute indeed. Marvin Wiebener
