Weaselskin's Gold Mine...

I've backpacked/hunted in Weaselskin numerous times. Rough country, but beautiful. Never saw a mine or any gold, but I'll be sure to look next time I'm there.

Enjoyed reading the article about "Weaselskin" We were at Vallecito Lake several years ago. Was visiting Brother in Farmington, NM. We all took his boat and picnic lunch, Planned a big day of it. WRONG. We did put the boat in the water and all went for a ride but was so cold and damp we didn't stay. I've always wanted to go back up that way but haven't been on our agenda when out that way.
