What's Worth of WWII German POW Paintings...

Was not able to get to Antique Road Show as planned. Would be happy to send copy of letter from German POW records, US army record of transfer, of Wilhi Sachs and letter from Museum to those with portraits painted by him. Send email to shirl21@aol.com and put Wilhi Sachs' name in the subject line to catch my attention.

My father was a major in the army and was responsible for some of these POW germans's. My father commissioned Willie Sacks(the german artist) to do a series of artwork for him. How can I research if Willie Sacks is alive and what has happened to him. Are his artwork worth anything? Daughter of Myrvin C. Clark

I have an oil painting on board and a pencil sketch of a little girl that were by German POW's in the USA - the painting of a house, probably a German house, painted in 1943 and the sketch of a young girl in 1945 in Lebanon PA. Do you have any idea of the value of these items or can you direct me to someone who can help me. Thank you so much.
