Request For Sand Plum Jelly & Other Recipes

I am looking for some Sand Plum Jelly for a lady in California that is failing from cancer. She grew up in Oklahoma and basically her last wish is for some Sand Plum Jelly. I live in Oklahoma City OK and if I could find some I would like to purchase some and I will ship it to my cousin and she will give it to the lady.
