This sounds like an ISP server problem, because the way we have this newsletter mailing list setup is through our database and when we publish it our ISP server reads our mailing list database and sends an email to each subscriber.<br /><br /> Even those non-deliverable emails that bounced back to us three times with the message that their inboxes were full, over-quota. I am assuming it was a glitch in our ISP server.
