NEW: Familynet - ADD New Relations

I had sent Okie a screenshot for her to post of a completed Familynet form. It might have seemed less confusing that posting this technical piece for the administrator of her database. I would post the screenshot here, but I disabled images and links in the comment area. Simply put, the FamilyNet form is the old member login and new account creation combined together. It also allows members (okie's family and friends) to submit their genealogy connections. The relations correspond to the relations develop for a lot of the social networking sites (using XFN codes). This site started as a history and genealogy site and I am just enhancing its function. Please try out and let me know if you encounter errors.
