Re: NW Oklahoma Memories I was in Alva from Mar. 1944 to July 1944, attending NW State Teachers College with the Aviation Cadets in training. We had a "Cadet Club" in town, which was used on weekends for dances primarily. I played trumpet in the band and have memories of the "Club" but I can't place where it was located. Is it possible that it was the Pix Theater location where you mentioned that the USO used that building? Can anybody help me regarding the location of the "Cadet Club" ??
