We found out who the lady was from the city inspector. NOW... what does she have cookin' with the city manager? AND... Why is she telling, spreading rumors and untruths?

Who was that lady at the council meeting Tuesday that stood up and said she was in negotiations with the "McGill Family?" Whoever it was ... She is NOT negotiating with this McGill family.
