Magill's - Lisbon, Saint Lawrence county, NY...

My Magills came from Ireland to New York Mills, NY, Oneida co, which is very close to yours in NY. They came in 1844. James Magill was born in 1784 in Ireland, Co. Down. Came from Dromore, with wife Elizabeth Stuart Magill and 8 children. From age 18 down to 6. I figure he came to NY Mills because he had family near. Possibly a brother to your Charles? I have checked into the St. Lawrance Magill family a few times, thinking there could be a connection. Is that possible?
