Funeral services for Celinda Josephine Kelsey, 88, of Tomball, Texas, formerly of Waynoka, were be 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at the Waynoka First United Methodist Church with Rev. Marvin Stuckey officiating.<br><br> Celinda was born May 27, 1919, at Doby Springs, Oklahoma, to J. Harley and Sarah Elizabeth (Minnick) Ashlock, and died May 1, 2008, at Tomball, Texas.<br><br> Survivors include one daughter, one grandson, one great-granddaughter; one brother and one sister.
