Dear Okie, If you go to Alva. I was told by the Alva Courrier newspaper that the NorthWwest college keeps all the archcives. If that helps. I spoke to Larry Thorpe at the Library and he told me you need the whole date month and year for look-ups. I spoke to the Radar family and they have been in Alva for 60 years. If you get a chance contact them,very nice people.My family is Osburn. The Father and son parished in a house fire. wonder if the fire deptartment would have records or the coroner would have any records.
