Motion to Advance On Docket

Comes now L. T. Wilson and Charles Swindall and respectfully represent and show the court that said defendant N. L. Miller, was convicted by a Jury in the District Court of Woodward County, Oklahoma of the crime of murder and sentenced as punishment for said crime to serve at hard labor in the penitentiary during his natural life. That said N.L. Miller has been so confined in the Penitentiary at McAlester under such sentence since the month of September, 1911; that briefs have been filed in said cause by counsel for Plaintiff in Error and the Attorney General.

His said attorneys therefore ask, for the reasons above stated, that said cause be advanced on the docket of the Criminal court of Appeals, and said cause reviewed by this court and a decision be had therein as early as the convenience of this court will permit.
