Early Day Baseball Team

What university baseball team is this? This picture shows six baseball players seated down front. [Click Here to see larger view].

My grandfather, William J. "Will" McGill, is the third from the left. Some other players, fans, ladies and gents are standing behind the seated players. I do not believe it is the "Castle on the Hill," located in Alva, Oklahoma. BUT it may be the Friends University, where my grandpa went to school in the early 1900's. Could this be Friends?
